Mom

Last week, in honor of Mother's day, Brian and I made a turkey dinner for my parents.  Praising the meal, my mom said-and I quote, "It's nice to have something other than steak for dinner."

That's right, she said steak.  The kids left, and my mom's been living the good life.  I can't think of anyone who deserves it more.

p.s. I'll be over for dinner.

I don't think I've known anyone who was sick of steak. I'm pretty sure Ryan would give his right arm for steak dinner every night. Or maybe his left, so he could use the right one to eat.

I will be over for dinner, too! I love red meat right now, and I always love everything that is cooked at your parents' house.
