I'm Bored

"I'm bored' is a useless thing to say.  You live in a great, big, vast world that you've seen none percent of." -Louis C.K.

I like this quote, but I may have to disagree that it is a "useless" thing to say.  My using the phrase "I'm bored" has led to many a memorable outing.


Such as a walk up Temple Fork on a lazy, Sunday afternoon.




Ahhh, mountain air.  Not a bad cure for boredom.

I remember as a kid complaining of boredom to my mom, and she then explained in no uncertain terms that if I was bored, it was completely my own fault and that she could never ever imagine being bored. And I don't think she ever is.
