Little Surprises

Spring is finally coming to our new yard and I'm finding delightful little surprises.  Like these guys:



Looks like Brian isn't the only "fungi" around our house anymore.

Springtime in a new yard is the best- you never know what if going to crop up. Even a few years in, one of my beds surprised me with a bunch of lilies that I'd never seen before.

Nice! Are they edible? We had mushrooms growing in our orchard growing up and we would go pick them and eat them with spaghetti. Yum!

Becky, I'm not sure if they are edible, or even how to test that, but I'd love it if they were. Also, I can't believe you have an orchard...jealous.
